Vistrata's primary focus is Data & AI platform modernization, but the platform supports any industry running structured procurement. Common use cases include technology, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Yes. Both the Client Professional plan and Vendor Premium plan include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. There are also permanent free tiers on both sides — clients can manage 1 project and 2 RFx documents per month, and vendors can respond to unlimited RFx documents for free.

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Vistrata supports RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Proposal), and RFQ (Request for Quotation). Documents can be standalone or grouped into a tuple (e.g., RFI → RFP → RFQ) as part of a structured procurement sequence.

Once vendors submit their responses, Vistrata's AI groups similar questions from multiple vendors, scores each response against the criteria defined in your RFx, and generates a side-by-side comparison view. This surfaces the strongest proposals and identifies gaps without your team having to read every response in full.

Yes. From any vendor's profile page in the marketplace, you can invite them directly to one or more of your posted RFx documents. Invited vendors receive an email notification and see the document in their Opportunities list.

You can attach an NDA to any RFx document. Vendors must accept (digitally sign) or upload a physically signed NDA before they can view the full document or submit a response. All NDA signatures are timestamped and stored with a full audit trail.

Yes. Any RFx document can be exported as a formatted PDF directly from the authoring workspace, including all sections, questions, and your filled-in answers.

Yes. Vendors can respond to an unlimited number of RFx documents on the free plan. Upgrading to Premium unlocks additional features like featured placement, win-rate analytics, and early access to new RFx documents — but responding is never gated.

Featured placement is available on the Vendor Premium plan. Premium vendors appear higher in client search results and are shown a verified badge on their profiles, increasing visibility and click-through rates.

Client organisations can leave ratings after a completed project. Ratings are scored across six dimensions: Timeliness, Completeness, Quality, Communication, Value for Money, and an Overall score. Your profile displays the aggregate and per-dimension scores.

Yes. You can invite team members to your vendor organisation and assign roles: Responder (writes sections), Collaborator (assists on assigned sections), Reviewer (reviews before submission), and Submitter (submits the final response). All roles are included on both free and premium plans.

After award, the client initiates the SOW (Statement of Work) process. You'll negotiate terms, set delivery milestones, sign the final contract digitally, and then track delivery progress — all within Vistrata. Clients can mark milestones as accepted and initiate payments.
